This week’s Offerings

HOW WE WORK

On MOST Friday’s I will be baking pizzas. We will start with our Detroit Style pizzas which will be 8×10 pies that will render 4 good sized “slices.” My offerings are limited for now. Standard toppings include pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, spinach and veggies (peppers, onions). Order the day before and pay at the time of ordering (see our order page. Cooking usually starts at 4:30p. You can pick a time to pick up your pie(s). I’d like you to be punctual as I would love you to get a pie fresh out of the oven.
HOWEVER, we can all agree that re-heated pizza is always better. So, I would suggest bringing your pie home, set your oven to 400deg and pop your slices into your oven for 4-5 minutes. That usually enhances the “crunch” of a Detroit pie.
Orders are limited. We will start by making 15 pies and will adjust from there.
